Bein Ha’Shitin Farm invites you to taste agriculture: Come and experience the world of Arava farmers, and enjoy a tour, during which you will learn about the variety of crops grown on the farm, experience agriculture work and taste freshly picked vegetables.

A little about us: The "Bein Ha’Shitin" Association was established in 2009, the 50th year of settlement in the Arava, by the "Ruach Ha’Arava" (Arava Spirit)  Association.

The association's vision is "to be a leading organization in the process of developing and strengthening settlement in the Middle Arava through the development and implementation of educational-Zionist programs for young people in the Arava"

Bein Ha’Shitin Farm was established by the "Ruach Ha’Arava" (Arava Spirit) Association in 2017. The farm is located in proximity to the agricultural fields of Moshav Hatzeva  and covers ​​7 dunams. The farm is characterized by many, and varied crops grown using unique knowledge and technologies The farm was founded and established while focusing on the smallest details to ensure all guests and visitors enjoy a perfect and real agricultural experience.

Objective: To make Arava agriculture accessible to Israeli society. The farm offers visitors a unique opportunity to feel and experience the hard work and agricultural methods that form the basis of those who live in the Arava region. Visitors are guaranteed a vibrant experience, a chance to try their hands at agriculture and to indulge in exclusive Arava flavors, all while breathing refreshing Zionist air.

An experiential tour of the farm's crops:

Bein Ha’Shitin Farm invites you to taste Arava agriculture. A guided tour between the crops, the taste of freshly picked vegetables, an explanation of the farm and its variety of crops, growing methods and other fascinating agricultural knowledge. Acquaintance with Ruach Ha’Arava (Arava Spirit) Association - which operates in Arava educational channels. During the tour visitors can enjoy a unique agricultural experience together with the farm staff, which allows a real glimpse into the world of agriculture. (Duration of the tour – approximately an hour and a half).

FARM TO TABLE Cooking Workshops:

Field cooking workshop – picking and collecting freshly grown farm vegetables and preparing a delicious and satisfying meal, accompanied by the farm staff. Cooking workshops are tailored to the nature and requirements of the group.

The farm also offers local gourmet chef meals, accompanied by fresh vegetables from the farm.

Agricultural Friday: 08:00-14:00

A celebration of local agricultural.

The farm is open to the general public during the day and offers an excellent cafe with a selection of delicacies made from the farm's freshly grown produce, alongside excellent coffee.

In addition, visitors can enjoy the farm’s local Friday market, and the opportunity to purchase a variety of fresh farm vegetables.

Guided tours of the farm's crops depart every hour (by prior arrangement).
